A quick and decisive advice in 5 minutes, a insightful dialogue at 7
o’clock in the evening, a strategic evaluation Sunday afternoon or
as partner resource in complex negotiations, on the sideline in
vision discussions, as back-up on overseas sales activities or as
dialogue partner in internationalization effort – everything
something many companies, organizations and leaders need for
time-to-another.
It is maybe not an entire bad idea to know someone in the Ministry
for Trade in China if you need access to one of the most promising
markets in the world, or know leading business owners at Taiwan, if
the wish was to pursue a future in the FarEast. An it could be
interesting to know someone in US Commercial Service, have access to
key resources at US Chamber of Commerce, know the business
environment in 20 of USA’s high-tech states or just have access to

world.
To know the structure of the EU Commission, the decision pattern and
the rules for the game is also an excellent option if you want to
discuss the European market and the opportunities that this presents
– or to have access to United Nations Trade Center, UNDP or WTO when
you would like to discuss the new democracies and their options.

An effectfull Mentor agreement
A mentor agreement with me is base don an extended and confidential
co-operation where information of delicate character is the basis
for the dialogues and the decisions. It is not a traditional
consulting agreement, where a specific area is analyzed and
evaluated, but a broad variety of dialogues in all topics with
relevance to the enterprise, the organization or the single body. No
one need to know that a mentor agreement is in place – no meetings
have to take place in ‘normal surroundings’ – many discussions is on
odd hours and remote locations. In a mentor agreement with me, we
set aside a suitable amount of time for dialogues, advise and other
activities – a portion of time used to improve powerful goals in
globalization.
